Infinite redirect loop after Google search box search performing in Google
Chrome. How do I fix it?

Got redirect loop after any Google search performing from Google search
box, while search from Omnibox (google default search engine) does not
induce any redirecting.
Tried:
-Incognito mode
-Set system time from time.nist.gov
-Clear cache
-Clear cookies
-Disable labs in Gmail
-Reinstall Google Chrome browser
All above does not work for me.
I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
BTW, I got Russian IP.
