Wage Classification Rates - 3 Variables
I'm using MS Excel 2010
I need to work out what someone's wage will be based on a few variables
that will change with each person.
So their Age, Level, and Position Type all affect the Wage they earn.
I've set up a table with all the wages. With ages running down the side
(16, 17, 18, 19, 20, etc). The header for the columns is either Full time
or casual, then one row under that is the Levels. So level 1, 2, 3, etc.
Then the following rows under that are all the wages based on the age.
In the table that I need the wage to be displayed, I have their Age,
whether they are Full Time or Casual, and what level to be paid at. I just
need a way to get a cell to show the wage while taking all 3 variable into
account.
Sorry if this is worded poorly, but I don't know how else to explain it
and everywhere that I've looked, no solution has been right for this task.
