Get new Instagram likes
I'm writing a program that needs to
Get all of a user's likes; and
Get subsequent new likes
The max_like_id and count parameters of the User endpoint
(/users/self/media/liked) answers for 1. For 2, is there a way to get only
new likes without having to get a certain count intermittently and see if
already retrieved (from 1.) or not?
